Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from dissolving or prematurely terminating the tenure of the petitioner as the President of the AA.549 Polavakkalipalayam Primary Agriculture Cooperative Credit Society elected in the year 2018 in the elections conducted in accordance with the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act 1983 and the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Rules 1988.

The prayer sought for in the Writ Petition is to forbearing the respondents from dissolving or prematurely terminating the tenure of the petitioner as the President of the AA.549 Polavakkalipalayam Primary Agriculture Cooperative Credit Society elected in the year 2018 in the elections conducted in accordance with the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act 1983 and the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Rules 1988.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also sent a letter dated 02.07.2021 to the Registry to that effect.

3. Recording the letter dated 02.07.2021 submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition are closed.
