Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Direct the Respondents 1, 3 and 4 to remove the encroachments from the land measuring 6.49 Acres, comprised in Survey No. 317/1B, Velachery Village IN WMP.NO.13326 OF 2019 AND; (II)To Direct the Respondents 1, 3 and 4 to re-measure and survey, fixing up the boundaries of the entire land, measuring 6.49 Acres, comprised in Survey No. 317/1B, Velachery Village as per the Field Map by any other Surveyor and to submit a fresh report before this Honble Court IN WMP.NO.13328 OF 2019 respectively.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of DOMINIQUE M.B., Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.P.RAJALAKSHMI, ADDITIONAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER FOR 1, 3, & 4 Respondents and of MR.T.L.THIRUMALAISAMY, CGSC, FOR 2ND Respondent and of MR.P.T.RAMKUMAR on behalf of the 5th Respondents the court made the following order:- Learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the writ miscellaneous petitions and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording her statement and the endorsement, the writ miscellaneous petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.

2. Post the writ petition for hearing after four weeks. In the meanwhile, the respondents shall file their counter affidavit(s).
