This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to dispose the REP.No.5 of 2019 in OS.No.893 of 1996 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ambur expeditiously.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is the decree holder in the suit in O.S.No.893 of 1996 on the file of the District Munsif, Ambur vide decree and judgment dated 29.04.1997. Appeals have reached up-to this Court and the same has attained finality. Hence, in order to enforce the decree, the petitioner has filed Execution Petition in REP.No.5 of 2019 and the same is pending from the year 2019. Hence, the present revision has been filed seeking speedy disposal of the execution petition within the time fixed by this Court.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this revision petition, without going into merits of the case, the learned District Munsif, Ambur is directed to dispose of the execution petition in R.E.P.No.5 of 2019 expeditiously, within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
