ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 417, 420, 506(i) of IPC in Cr.No.60 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order dated 15.04.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.4935 of 2021 has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the very same crime number, however, the petitioner was not able to comply with the conditions imposed therein and the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner was vacated on 15.06.2021. Hence, the petitioner has filed this criminal original petition.

3.Since anticipatory bail has already been granted to the petitioner in the very same crime number, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in this petition. However, this Court grants further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to the petitioner, to comply with the conditions imposed in the order dated 15.04.2021 made in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
