CR.NO.105 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 04.03.2021 in Crl.MP.NO.2453/2021 in Crl.OP.No.20644/2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in connection with the Cr.No.105/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.REBECCA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 4 of the order dated 04.03.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2453 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20644 of 2020.

2. This Court, vide order dated 04.03.2021 directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 23.12.2020 in Crl.OP.No.20644 of 2020 stand unaltered.
