Mr.T.M.Hariharan, learned counsel on record appearing for the petitioners is before this Court.

2. This petition has been filed praying to condone the delay of 767 days in re-presenting the papers in C.M.P.Sr.Nos.17259, 17260 & 17261 of 2021.

3. This Court has perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition and being satisfied with the reasons stated therein, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.9327 of 2024 is allowed and the Registry is directed to number the C.M.P.Sr.Nos.17259, 17260 & 17261 of 2021, if it is otherwise in order.
