This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6281 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023, passed by this Court to stay at Kaliakavilai and report before Kaliakavilai Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has been taken up for trial in P.R.C.No.14 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu and the case now stands posted on 05.05.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 9(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6281 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu, on 05.05.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
