CR.NO.2477 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2359/2021 om Crl.O.P.No.20498/2020 in order dated 12/03/2021 that the Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent-police every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in connection with the crime no.2477/2020 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.REBECCA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 12.03.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 12.03.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30a.m. All other conditions remain unaltered. -sd/- 13/08/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
