Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.MAYILNATHAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.8285 of 2022 on 08.04.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
