ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

2. This Petition is disposed of with the direction to the 2nd respondent police to conduct an enquiry based on the representation made by the petitioner on 11.04.2019 and proceed further in accordance with law. If the respondent police finds that dispute is civil in nature, the parties shall be relegated to the concerned civil court.
