Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner has to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23384 of 2021, dated 22/12/2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.D.SUGUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.23384 of 2021 on 22.12.2021 to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
