The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register FIR against the named persons on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 07.07.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 07.07.2015 against the 3rd and 4th respondents and C.S.R.No.142/2015 has been assigned and since the respondent has not registered the F.I.R., the present petition has been filed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the 3rd and 4th respondent have also lodged a counter complaint for which C.S.R.No.140/2015 has been assigned and both the complaints viz.,C.S.R.No.142/2015 and C.S.R.No.140/2015 had been enquired into and the same had been closed. He further submitted that since already both the complaints had been closed, nothing survives in this petition and there is no need for this Court to traverse into the averments made in the petition as well as the counter affidavit.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed.
