CRIME NO.46 OF 2021 Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am as imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5870 of 2021 vide order dated 08-04-2021 in Crime No.46 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SATHISH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Clause 6(b) of the order dated 08.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5870 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 08.04.2021, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
