By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner claims to be the owner of the properties in Survey Nos.216/1, 84/1 and 229/1 situated at Kadathur Village, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District, and a civil dispute is also pending. The grievance expressed by him, is that without putting him on notice, patta in respect of the properties, has been changed in favour of the third respondent and in this regard, he submitted a representation dated 7.7.2015, to the second respondent and since he has not been favoured with any kind of response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. 4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, and without going into the merits of the same, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 7.7.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the third respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
