The petitioners seek issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities that stood in the name of Late Surender Kumar Somani @ S.K.Somani, who died intestate on 02.09.2010 leaving behind the petitioners as his legal heirs.

2. The second petitioner has been examined as P.W.1, he has produced the death certificate of Surender Kumar Somani as Ex.P1 and legal heirship certificate as Ex.P2. A perusal of Ex.P2 would show that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased Surender Kumar Somani. Publication has been effected and no objections have been received. The petitioners 2, 3 and 4 have agreed for grant of succession certificate in favour of the first petitioner.

3. Considering the said evidence, this original petition is allowed granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the first petitioner. 27.04.2019 kkn http://www.judis.nic.in
