The learned Advocate Commissioner would submit that though the registration number of the subject vehicle was wrongly mentioned by the applicant, the vehicle was seized by identifying the chassis and engine numbers and accordingly, the subject vehicle was handed over to the applicant.

In this regard, he has also filed a report dated 16.06.2024. Further, he seeks for additional remuneration.

2. The report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner is taken on record. Recording the above submission, the present application is closed.

3. Considering the efforts made by the learned Advocate Commissioner, the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- as additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner within a period of 2 weeks from today (26.06.2024).

4. Post this matter on 15.07.2024 for reporting compliance.
