ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 406, 417, 420 & 467 of IPC, in Crime No.180 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the the petitioners along with others received a sum of Rs.5,50,000/- from the defacto complainant to get employment for her daughter. Thereafter, they failed to get any employment and also refused to return the said amount. Hence, this complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the arrayed A1 and A2 are the husband and wife. The defacto complainant is the tenant under them. They have acquaintance with the A3 and A4 lodged a false complaint against the petitioner as if they received a sum of Rs. 5,50,000/- to get a job to the daughter of the defacto complainant. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the defacto complainant daughter has completed M.B.A. and searching for a job. Utilising the said circumstances the petitioner and the other accused induced the defacto complainant to get job in Indian Force and collected a sum of Rs.5,50,000/-. Thereafter, they failed to get any employment and refused to return the said sum.

5. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
