Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has filed a memo dated 28.04.2023 stating as follows:- "It is respectfully submitted that in the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner sought for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the First Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2022. It is felt that the representation is too vague, without any clarity, and the grievances of the Petitioner has not been addressed properly, hence the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to make a fresh representation to the First Respondent setting out his 2/4
