ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the guise of enquiry in C.S.R.No.284 of 2020, the second respondent is causing harassment to the petitioner. Further, he submitted that earlier he filed an Anticipatory Bail application before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5243 of 2021, in which, this Court directed the respondent/police to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks, despite the same the enquiry has not been concluded.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that as per the directions passed in Crl.O.P.No.5243 of 2021, the second respondent had sent summons on 09.06.2021 to the petitioner to conduct enquiry on 10.06.2021. The petitioner did not co-operate with the enquiry, and hence the abovesaid CSR.No.224 of 2020 is kept pending. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will appear before the respondent/police, after receiving summons. On receipt of summons the petitioner has to co-operate with the enquiry.
4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
