benefits including increments and pensionary benefits with interest as per rules for delayed payment.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation / Appeal dated 04.04.2019 and remainder dated 12.11.2025 to regularize the petitioners medical leave as un Earned Leave on medical Certificate with all consequential service and monetary benefits including increments and pensionary benefits with interest as per rules for delayed payment."

2. The petitioner was initially appointed in the Registration Department on 05.02.1979. The petitioner would submit that while in service during the period from 10.07.2012 to 25.03.2013, he was suffering

from serious medical ailments which required continuous medical treatment, due to which he was constrained to take medical leave. However, the 1st respondent rejected the request for earned leave on medical certificate.

3. The petitioner submits that he made a detailed representations to the respondents, however the same remains unconsidered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsels and perused the records.

5. A perusal of the records would show that the petitioner has made several representations and the last of the representation was made on 04.04.2019. Since there is no response the petitioner is before this Court.

6. Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on its own merits within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
