Heard Mr.K.Ramu, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.K.Prabhakar, Learned Counsel for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

2. The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondent to furnish the Petitioner the particulars of any arrears of amounts if any payable by M/s.Hotel Picnic in Code https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.51-00-0088851-000-1102 and to receive the payments to be paid by the Petitioner and to consequently direct the Respondent to apply the Amnesty Scheme, 2014, in respect of the Criminal Complaint in C.C.No.3583 of 2006 on the file of II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

3. Learned Counsel for the both sides submits that by efflux of time, the relief sought in this Writ Petition does not remain for consideration. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has filed a memo dated 15.06.2022 to that effect, which is placed on record.

4. In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
