ORDER
This court, by order dated 25.04.2025, disposed of the abovementioned civil revision petition, recording the undertaking affidavit dated 23.04.2025 filed by the revision petitioner/tenant that he would vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the subject premises to the respondent/landlord by 23.04.2025.
2. The operative portions of the order passed by this court on 25.04.2025 read as follows:
"5. Recording the undertaking affidavit dated 23.04.2025 filed by the petitioner, the revision stands disposed directing the petitioner to vacate and handover the premises on or before 06.06.2025, failing which, the petitioner will be liable for contempt. Till such time, the EP proceedings shall be kept in abeyance. 6. Post the matter on 09.06.2025 for reporting compliance. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and the undertaking affidavit dated 23.04.2025 shall form part of the Court records."
3. Accordingly, the above said civil revision petition is listed today for
reporting compliance.
4. Mr.R.Karunanidhi, the husband of the respondent/landlord is present. Key of the subject premises has been handed over to him by the learned counsel Mr.B.Govindaprabhu for the petitioner/tenant in the presence of the learned counsel Mr.H.Mohammed Farook for the respondent/landlord.
5. The husband of the respondent/landlord stated that he himself visited the subject premises and found the subject premises to be fully vacated by the revision petitioner/tenant. The said statement is recorded.
6. In the light of the above, compliance is recorded and no further orders are required to be passed in this matter.
