O R D E R

Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders in the revision dated 27.10.2016 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law within a stipulated time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has filed the revision before the 1st respondent as early as on 27.10.2016, the same has not yet been disposed of by the 1st respondent.

4.Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner within a time frame in accordance with law. 5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the revision dated 27.10.2016 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
