The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to call for the entire records connected with impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.4139/A7/2014 dated 16.07.2014 and quash the same and direct the 3rd respondent to grant order of renewal of recognition of the petitioner school from 01.06.2014 to 31.05.2017.
2. During the pendency of the Writ Petition, the renewal of recognition was granted for a period of two years from 01.06.2014 to 31.05.2016 and that the renewal was rejected for further period of one year viz., 01.06.2016 to 31.05.2017 on the ground that there was no RCC roofing and that the School continued with the Mangalore Tiled roofing. As the School had recognition for a period of two years, and that issue has come to a conclusion, the Writ Petition and connected Review Petition No.135 of 2017 are dismissed.
3. This Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the matter in the present Writ Petition, as it is open to the petitioner to raise all the issues by filing a Writ Appeal, if so advised, challenging the order dated 03.02.2017 made in W.P.No.725 of 2017. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
