This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 84 days in filing the above CMA filed in SR.No.54344 of 2023.

2.Notice has been served on the counsel who appeared on behalf of the respondent before the Court below and proof of service has been filed. There is no representation on behalf of the respondent either in person or through counsel. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 84 days is condoned.
