(CRIME NO.50/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to RELAX the bail condition imposed the petitioner is directed to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m.until further orders in Crl.OP.No.7391 of 2022 order dated 01.04.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7391 of 2022 on 01.04.2022 to appear before the Investigation Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
