This matter came up for hearing today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. In view of the submission made, Paragraph No.2 of the order dated 19.06.2023, has modified and the same is to be reads as follows: "2. The petitioner states that she is the absolute owner of the land bearing S.No.379/2B, measuring an extent of 52 cents. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the second respondent who is a builder has encroached upon the portion of the land belonging to the petitioner."
