Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 10.10.2014 and 15.05.2015 which have been forwarded on 01.03.2019 through proper channel to the first respondent and to pass suitable orders on par with the colleagues of the petitioner passed by the second respondent in official communication No.F1(C)/Estt/Tech/2012/1580, dated 13.06.2008 and re-designate the post of Assistant Technical Officer into the Technical Officer and to grant all monetary benefits and arrears from 03.11.2010.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 10.10.2014 and 15.05.2015, which have been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
forwarded on 01.03.2019 through proper channel to the first respondent, in the light of the order passed by the second respondent in official communication No.F1(C)/ Estt/Tech/2012/1580, dated 13.06.2008 and re-designate the post of Assistant Technical Officer into Technical Officer and to grant all monetary benefits and arrears from 03.11.2010.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will be sufficient if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 10.10.2014 and 15.05.2015, within a time stipulated by this Court.
4. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations or the case pleaded by the petitioner before this Court, this Court directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 10.10.2014 and 15.05.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
