(Crime No.40 of 2026) ..Respondent Prayer: This Criminal Revision petition is filed under Sections 483(1)(b) of BNSS, to modify the condition imposed in the bail order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1011 of 2026 dated 23.03.2026 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, insofar as it directs the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur to the credit of Crime No.40 of 2026 on the file of Ennore Police Station, Thiruvallur, by waiving or suitably reducing the said condition.

ORDER
