Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall report before the investigating officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.5052/2022 in Crl.O.P No6533/2022 on 21.04.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.P SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.5052 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.6533 of 2022 on 21.04.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the Investigating Officer once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
