2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. Though the petition has been filed seeking police protection, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that one Mrs.Santhi, who is the relative of the petitioners, has already given a complaint in CSR No.324 of 2022, which is pending on the file of the respondent.

4. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the third party has also lodged a complaint against the petitioners in CSR No.325 of 2022, which is also pending on the file of the respondent.

5. Such being a case, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and take action as per law.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
