2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. It is ordered that the order in Crl.OP.No.10830 of 2021, dated 05.07.2021 shall read as follows:

''The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 10 of the POCSO Act in Crime No. not known of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is a old student of Sushil Hari International School, Kelambakkam. The allegation is that the accused Siva Shankar Baba touched the victim girl sexually and the petitioner assisted the Siva Shankar Baba to commit the said crime. Hence the complaint.

3. Mr.Mohammed Riyaz, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's name does not find place in the F.I.R and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate Submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in this case.

6. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, it seems that there is no apprehension of arrest for the petitioner. Hence this petition is closed.''

4. Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy in Crl.OP.No.10830 of 2021 dated 05.07.2021 after making necessary corrections.
