O R D E R

The petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant on 15.07.2011 on compassionate grounds. The grievance of the petitioner is that his services have not been regularised so far by the first respondent. In this regard, the third respondent has sent proposal, dated 18.07.2014 to the first and second respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition, seeking for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to regularise his service in the cadre of Junior Assistant based on the proposal sent by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.240/2013 dated 18.07.2014.

3. In view of the narrow prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders on the proposal of the third respondent dated 18.07.2014, relating to regularisation of service of the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
