This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Erode for early disposal of I.A.No.5 of 2022 in G.W.O.P.No.116 of 2020.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and the respondent have taken a mutual divorce in the year 2019 and
subsequently, G.W.O.P.No.116 of 2020 was filed by the petitioner in the year 2020, wherein the petitioner has also filed I.A.No.5 of 2022 for visitation rights. The said application stated to have been heard and reserved for orders on 03.12.2022 but no orders have been passed so far.
3. Considering the nature of proceedings before the Trial Court and the relief sought for by the petitioner in I.A.No.5 of 2022 in G.W.O.P.No.116 of 2020, the Trial Court could have passed orders without keeping it reserved for a longer time. It is reported that the matter is now posted on 15.05.2023 for orders. The learned Judge, Family Court, Erode is directed to dispose of I.A.No.5 of 2022 in G.W.O.P.No.116 atleast by 15.05.2023.
