The petitioner has given a representation dated 20.03.2023 to provide protection for erecting electricity service connection in his land. A similar request also been received by the staff of EB department. However, police so far has not provide adequate protection. 2.

On considering the facts of the case, it is suffice to direct the respondent police to act upon the representation dated 20.03.2023 given by the petitioner and provide protection as per law. 3.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
