Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.T.GANDHI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5766 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.No.297 of 2021 dated 06.05.2021 that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate FTC No.1, Virudhachalam at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day of every English calendar month.
