In response to the queries raised by this Court with regard to the nature of grievance ventilated by the Petitioner in the Writ Petition, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition for appropriate relief by impleading the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, which is a necessary party and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. No costs.
