Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 3rd respondent relating to Pro.Na.Ka.No.7275/A1/2011 dated 05.08.2014, to quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner afresh and give appointment on compassionate grounds in any suitable post commensurate with his educational qualification, consequent on the death of his father. Thiru.P.Mani, on 27.12.2005 while serving as Secondary Grade Teacher in Municipal, Middle School, Udumalpet.
