Crl.O.P.No.12213 of 2019 P.RAJAMANICKAM.J., The learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem by his letter dated 2.12.2019, stated that on 04.07.2019, the case in SC.No.240 of 2014 was posed for evidence of PWs.1 to 3 and on that day A2 was absent NBW was issued and hence he could not examine the witnesses. If A2 is already on bail, the learned Trial Court has to take steps to forfeit the bail bond by cancelling the bail and also address the Superintendent of Police to secure the accused and produce before the Court and dispose of the case at early. For the reasons stated by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem in Crl.OP.No.12213 of 2019 for disposing of the aforesaid case four months time is extended.
