ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order of eviction dated 29.9.2022 passed in R.C.O.P.No.658 of 2018 on the file of the XIII Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai, being confirmed in the order dated 29.1.2025 made in R.C.A.No.144 of 2022 on the file of the VII Judge (FAC) Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Pending this civil revision petition, the petitioner has given affidavit of undertaking that he is ready to vacate the building mentioned in the petition and hand over the possession to the respondent on or before 27.9.2025 without any further litigation.

4. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. As per the undertaken given by the petitioner, he is directed to vacate the premises and hand over the same to the respondent on or before 27.09.2025. 2/4
