This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents from interfering with the affairs of the petitioner temple till the appeal dated 07.11.2015 submitted to the first respondent under section 21 of Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act, 1959 by the petitioner temple is disposed on merits and in accordance with law comply with the Order dated 10.09.2015 in W.P.No.28479 of 2015 passed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government 2/4

Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the appeal filed under section 21 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 in R.P.No.310 of 2020 itself has already been disposed of and nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
