Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ order or direction in the nature of a writ, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the proposals sent by the 4th respondent to the 3rd respondent dated 06.03.2017 and

21.06.2017 for approval of the petitioner's appointment as Junior Assistant by sanctioning grants.

O R D E R

The writ petitioner was appointed in the fourth respondent school on 14.10.2016 and in relation to the approval of his appointment, the proposal was already sent to the second respondent by the fourth respondent in proceedings dated 21.06.2017. 2.

However, the proposal is yet to be considered by the second respondent and because of the non consideration, the writ petitioner is unable to get salary and other benefits in accordance with rules.

Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the proposals submitted by the fourth respondent with regard to the approval of the appointment

of the writ petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
