Respondents in both cases Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Government Letter Ms. No.260, Revenue Department dated 25.10.2016 and the impugned order of the third respondent in Na.Ka.2797/2018/E1 dated 17.02.2018 and quash the same and direct the respondents to fix the petitioners' seniority in accordance with Rule 35(a) of the Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Services General Rules as directed by the Government in G.O. Ms. No.254, Revenue Department dated 09.07.2015.
