The F.I.R. in Crime No.592 of 2021 is registered by the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 307 and 506 (i) I.P.C. 2.Today when the matter came up for hearing, the petitioners and the defacto complainant are present. It is stated that the parties are in business relationship and even though the case is registered under 307 I.P.C. there was actually no injury. The parties have compromised the matter between themselves and therefore it is prayed to quash the F.I.R. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the material records of the case.

4.Since the parties have compromised the issue between themselves. the F.I.R in Crime No.592 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent police shall stand quashed.

5. This Criminal Original Petition stands allowed accordingly.
