..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned notice of the 1st respondent vide his proceedings R.C.No.6248/IE-2/2008, dated 25.07.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to execute sale deed in his favour in respect of the developed plot bearing No.S-45 measuring to an extent of 8.53 cents at SIDCO Industrial Estate, Kakkalur Phase II, Thiruvallur Taluk and District and to issue no objection certificate in his favour.
