O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward seeking modification of condition with regard to the deposit of Rs.50,000/- imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram District, in Crl.M.P.No.5579 of 2015 dated 02.09.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of the Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram District is very stringent and he is not in a position to comply with the same and he is willing to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- and sought for modification of the said condition.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going to the merits of the matter, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram District, in Crl.M.P.No.5579 of 2015 dated 02.09.2015, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/-. All the other conditions remain unaltered.
