ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue patta in the petitioner's favour for the property situated in Plot No.37 to an extent of 2400 sq.ft in Survey No.13/1, Gerugambakkam Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 07.09.2022 to the second respondent with a request for issuance of patta, however, the same is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
