This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.8 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent Police. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police, on instructions, would submit that in Crime No.8 of 2021, investigation has been completed, charge sheet has already been filed on 12.10.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur. 3.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the quash petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
