ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present petition is filed to grant leave to file a review petition against the order of this Court dated 12.03.2025 passed in W.P.No.9321 of 2025.

2. The order sought to be reviewed per se has not caused any prejudice to the interest of the petitioners herein. This Court recorded the submission of the learned Advocate General and the learned counsel for the TNPSC that the Government has taken steps to amend the service rules.

3. This Court recorded the said submission that the Government's decision will be taken within a period of six weeks with reference to the amendment of service rules. If at all any amendment has been effected and such amendment caused any grievance, then alone, the petitioners will get a cause for institution of writ proceedings. Mere recording of the submission that the

Government has decided to amend the rules would provide no cause for filing a review petition, since there is no error apparent for the purpose of exercising the review jurisdiction by this Court.

4. Thus, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the Court in the event of amendment of service rules causing any grievances. Therefore, the petitioners have not made out any ground for reviewing the order and thus the grant to leave petition in WMP No.13757 of 2025 deserves to be dismissed. Consequently, the REV. APLW SR.No.52523 of 2025 in W.P.No.9321 of 2024 stands dismissed.
