O R D E R This writ petition is filed for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to revise the petitioner's pension by including his high school service and college service from 1991 to 2015 and sanction revised pension to the petitioner as per Rule 23 & 24 of Tamil Nadu Pension Rules by passing orders on the representation dated 26.04.2021.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2021.

3. Having regard to the limited scope of prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, this Court directs respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2021, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
